Why do you imply that he is immature in temperament and mentally weak? Sometimes guys just aren't as good as we would like them to be or they just aren't as experienced as they will be.

His stuff obviously wasn't very good last night, but the guy you just described would not have been able to finish that first inning, much less pitch two more innings.

He seems to now want to nibble and it increases his pitch count. That to me says he does not trust his stuff

He has improved in not getting rattled but. He needs more command IMO.
Not really ragging on him but he’s just not there yet.
