ESPN's Mike Reiss said the Patriots could "reduce" Damien Harris' role after he lost of fumble late in the team's Week 1 loss to Miami.
Rookie RB Rhamondre Stevenson fumbled too, putting him in the proverbial doghouse for much of Week 1. Reiss suggested the team could "replace" Stevenson with J.J. Taylor -- a Week 1 healthy scratch -- against the Jets next week. Harris, who handled 23 attempts for 100 yards and caught two passes for 17 yards against the Dolphins, isn't likely to retain a dominant backfield role after his game-losing fumble on his final touch of the game. New England's unpredictable backfield usage could mean Harris peaked int he season opener. Taylor should be picked up by RB-needy managers this week.
Yikes. The one pats rb who legit runs good…in yearsI have Taylor in dynasty. Let's go!
I think he has so much talent and high upside, I guess it doesn't help having Tua with a bunch of weapons. I'm just not a fan of TuaHes always been erratic. Was one of the last men standing last year….now more toys…think hes gonna be very erratic…few good games, lots of not so good games. Just my opinion.
edit : if i looked correctly even last year he had only 5 games with over ten ppr points. He actually only had 5 games with 5 or more receptions. Which obv is not good. Tight end is a wasteland. 5 catches a game would be stellar and elite. But he also had 4 games with 1 or zero catches and, 6 with 2 or less. Just saying temper expectations.
Kelce is the only guy...well Waller can prove me wrong. I got him in two leagues but got in the 3-4 rd range. Prove me wrong, Darren! My 12th round Noah Fant got me more points than his 2nd round Kittle.
Never waste early picks on TE. Just not worth it. I have spoken.
and cost them the gameYikes. The one pats rb who legit runs good…in years
You may be right but at some point he haa to perform. Hes been on a team lacking talent for a while, he should shine.I think he has so much talent and high upside, I guess it doesn't help having Tua with a bunch of weapons. I'm just not a fan of Tua
no i know.but man he is a really good running back.and cost them the game
BB dont like fumblers
That should be 5 points for the defense if you knock the starting QB out of the gameWashington Football Team placed QB Ryan Fitzpatrick on injured reserve with a hip injury.
Fitzpatrick will miss at least three weeks after being crunched by a Chargers defensive lineman in the second quarter of the Football Team's season opener. He's expected to return at some point this season. Taylor Heinicke will take over as the team's starter in the medium term, and perhaps the long term if he plays well. Washington's passing offense was far more effective Sunday against the Chargers with Heinicke. He'll be a top waiver pickup in superflex formats ahead of Washington's Week 2 game against the Giants
Same as I said with Stevenson, yep BB is a hard ass, yep, you'll pay a price, but wins and losses are what he likes and hates more than anything. And he's not going to run out inferior players just to prove a point, at least not long term. Everything will settle once he gets the point across, and once they stop putting the ball on the groundYou may be right but at some point he haa to perform. Hes been on a team lacking talent for a while, he should shine.

Im an edwards fan. Odd things about his 4 catches. He had zero catches until 30 seconds left in the gamegot a lot of Bryan Edwards across my leagues, last night was hopefully a sign of things to come, and not a flash in the pan
I feel asleep during overtime and this was shocking to read. I didn't remember even 1 catch.got a lot of Bryan Edwards across my leagues, last night was hopefully a sign of things to come, and not a flash in the pan
Like SP mentioned..he had all of one target through 3 and a half quarters. 2 catches in the 4th quarter, and 2 in OT.got a lot of Bryan Edwards across my leagues, last night was hopefully a sign of things to come, and not a flash in the pan

No i agree. Just hard for me to draw on it. Obv he needs to build on it. You know that though too, in just stating the obvious.when they needed plays at the end, Carr went his way.
rest of the game was as expected - mostly short stuff to Waller/Renfrow
you must really hate football if you fell asleep during that OT, it was one for the ages

As long as Carr is the QB, there is ZERO hope for Ruggs or Edwards to ever be anything but a desperation play. (Have I ever mentioned I hate Carr?)
