Lined up out wide more on Jets, slot more on Browns, but yeah, he's a worse version of Shakir.

he's not a difference maker and most likely not fantasy relevant unless Shakir gets hurt.

He looked better with Flacco. I mean maybe he can be a decent 3rd or 4th option. I just never saw the 4.3ish speed on the field
