I would have thought Art Schlichter, who lost his job to Mike Pagel.

And I have to say that Bart Starr is still the best Packer QB ever. His 9-1 playoff record and highest ever playoff passer rating sets him above everyone. Considering he played his entire career before the passing rule changes of 1978 and to still have the best rating is really impressive.

For the Eagles I like Randall Cunningham. But to make all you haters happy, I will add that Wentz "Almost" made it. For worst I'm going with a guy named Mike Boryla, who probably no one has heard of.

I remember Boryla well.

Joe Kapp?

you think kap is the worst qb the niners ever had? won an nfc championship game, 4-2 playoff record?

that is ridiculous.

Jim Druckenmiller?
Elvis Grbac?
J.T OSullivan?
Blaine Gabbert?

I thought about that. He only played 6 games over 2 seasons though. Wasn't sure that should fit the parameters.

Another middle of the road guy, but I will give him some credit for always giving it all he had.

Baltimore drafted him 4th in the 1st round. If the question was "bust" he would be in the conversation. I think he is still in jail.

So was that a fair assessment? The truth is I was a little kid when Boryla was playing so he could have been a young QB stuck on a bad team. Those mid 70's Eagles teams didn't really have many weapons (mostly just Harold Carmichael). Then after Boryla was gone they got Wilbert Montgomery and they didn't really need many weapons because he could do it all.

Jack Trudeau really wasn't very good, and he started a significant number of games, IMO.

Bengals makes sense. Wasn't sure if they'd go Anderson or Boomer (even though Dalton probably has them both statistically, but let's be real). Dark horse, and personal "favorite"(helped lead the Bengals out of the despair of the 90's) is Jeff Blake. Worst is a toss up too....between a bunch of applicants.

Comparing Dalton's stats to those of Boomer and Anderson doesn't mean much. The latter two had very good stats for their day, especially Anderson.
