Yeah rp I agree the rangers cant skate all that well and their defense gameplan is all about their zone not like the trap so the devils just stick to their strength which is the forecheck. We take this game and it would force the rangers to open it up i think

We're going to need to be ready. You can guaranty that Torts got the rags to work on getting the puck out of the Defensive zone and has worked on a counter to our D pinching and keeping the cycle going. We owned the boards in game 2 and hope that PDB and company expect some different strategies from the Rags team today with clearing their zone.

Yeah, alot will be said about how we play this game... we have home ice, lets keep it. You know the rags will adjust, lets just hope it isnt in a good way.... the cryers could do nothing, but the rags have a much better goalie than them... and better D for sure... We need those scrappy goals that come off the forecheck... tire them out (god knows they are tired) and keep the pressure on them. Hopefully if we can take the lead in this series, they will come undone.... No stupid penalties and you need to capitalize on our PP. Do this and we should be fine... just keep outplaying them and good things will happen...

I am DVRing the game and will watch tonight...hopefully will have some good reports later this evening when I finish the game.... Good luck boys!!!
