I think if Earl was coming to Dallas a deal would already be in place. I am going to be angry if Heath is a starting safety when there were all these good options in FA. The two I really liked are Earl and the Honey Badger. Either would have really helped elevate the defense .

i agree that was all on heath. He was in quicksand. Don't know what the hell he was doing. It cost us a first down stop and the game.

The thing is this happens a lot with heath. He was brutal during the Texans and colts games. The occasional splash play does not make up for all the bad angles or missed tackles

Is there any good safeties left? I honestly would put Jourdan Lewis back there over heath. PFF has heath ranked as #81 safety. This tells me there are lots of back ups better than him.

I think the cowboys are trying not to spend so they can sign Dak,Zeke and Amari and Jones to big deals.
