I am with Treff 10-14 is perfect. I agree you keep changing the roster size with the number of teams, but you get to a point where you are scrapping the bottom. My other dynasty, the team I took over was so bad that I had to start Storm Johnson 3 or 4 weeks last year.

But a restart league is much different look at how our suicide draft is going, there have been bench RBs picked before starting Wrs...

A 16 team with one RB and a flex, is the same as a 12 teamer with two RB and a flex. A possible 36 running backs being started. As for depth at WR, well that's the fun...there are a ton!

yes taking one over is different, but the point I was making is you can get stuck if you go to deep. That is when some owners get upset and stop playing. Me, I find it a challenge and enjoy it.

As far as the Suicide it is me that drafted the bench RB, all part of my strategy.

With counting the flex as 1/2 RBs and 1/2 WRs, I am counting 24 starters in both. The difference to me is as the season goes on and injuries have crept in and depth of bench. So that the only thing left on the WW is the third down back on the worst team.

How many times in a normal league have you been searching through waivers, pick up one of the three you narrowed it down to, only to watch the guy you didn't pick go off? The MBBRL with five bench has a crap shoot on waivers.

In a league as I'm suggesting (sorry milk, two RB and a flex is just too much), your bench is your first waivers...injuries happen in all leagues. Weak waivers also enhances the trade market, which let's face it, is loads of fun!

And OBX, if a 12 team league has 2 RB and a F, that's 30 RB (counting the hslf and half at flex)...and that's not including possible TE's in the flex.

I was going by the MBBRL rules when I said 24. Adding a flex does move it up to 30.


I will play with 16, just prefer 14. Also playing a little Devil's Advocate.

I am just afraid that 1 RB with flex will make RBs too valuable... But either way we will talk about this when we know who is in... since some owners are hesitant to join with more than 12...
