yea time is our worst enemy harold! I think when you hit a certain age life just is not as meaningful but like fuzzy said the closer you get the more attractive it gets. I mean everyone wants to live forever but is that really living.
Thats why, go out and do something crazy now while you still can. Time just creeps up on you. I wonder has anyone here gone through a mid life crisis. I think I may be starting to, lol, but seriously!

Does going to see U2 6 times on their current tour as a 56 year old count or do I have to buy a Beamer Convertable to be having one

I haven't been much of a U2 guy for the last decade or so, but someone that goes to see any band multiple times on the same tour, is far from in crisis, imo. They're lovin life!
