U aren't misreading it. There was no option available for rolling waivers, only reverse order of standings resetting each week. I've emailed the site, waiting on a reply.

Hey Treff as per the Jimmy G Gronk part of the conversation my intentions would be to start with franchise RB or Wr but picking at 13 they are gone. and I will prob regret not grabbing Wilson however I still believe Jimmy G will rule for years and be a step or 2 better than most. or at least he better be.

and when you pick at 2 am after an extremely very long week well....

Well I wrestled with Hill Charles. It is a gamble but if the gamble pays off Hill could deliver long term
Though I do luv Charles it was tough
