If Wypler is there we should snag him. God our OL for the first time in... forever, would be INCREDIBLE depth/rotation wise. Forsythe and Curhan can certainly fill in for Lucas/Cross in the event of injury, you'd have Brown at Center with Wypler as a backup/future, Bradford can move across guard and tackle... Jeebus...

I wouldn't be surprised if a QB in the next NFL draft holds out and demands a trade to Seattle given what the offense would look like. The line, Metcalf/Lockett (who might be gone granted)/Jaxon, Walker/Charbonnet, the 3 TE set and Waldron? Jesus Christ, do we even need a 1st round QB? We could plug Captain Butt Fumble in at this point.

Couple 5th rounders coming up. Hoping it's Center/ILB/DL. I think we're fairly set at other positions. We still have to cut someone due to cap constraints soon so if that's Adams/Fant I would not be surprised to see a TE or S go.

Or rework someone's contract like Nwosu for example who is in the last year of his contract and looks like a keeper who could be extended.
He counts as 13 million against the cap this season.

I might even prefer the center from Michigan over Wypler but would be happy with either of them. The Michigan center won the award for best center in college football

I would've liked to have him on our team. Surprised he fell that far though. He was projected to be a 2nd rounder in quite a few mocks. If he's fallen to the 5th I would have to imagine there's some other concerns - and we need a guy ready to go in that position...

Okay another EDGE... Morris can play both 3-4 or 4-3 EDGE but it's certainly not an ILB player.

Morris was one of the best players on the Michigan defense. His draft stock plummeted when he ran a very slow 4.95. Could be a nice value pick at this point.

You know what I meant, having a better defense always gives you a better chance, we should have won 2 ! But we won’t get into that … I’d take a dominant defense over a dominant offense always ! You can’t have a totally inept offense though even with a good defense, so yes you gotta have a balanced team …
