There you go boys. Bat V-Mart 8th!
I was thinking earlier how it might be good for him to follow McCann. Could give McCann a chance to see more strikes. There you go boys. Bat V-Mart 8th!
Dickerson said he thought 4-5 hundred.HOW MANY FANS AT GAME 1 TODAY. MAYBE 15????????
Over the last ten days, Aybar has four hits and two walks.Whats' little nickys situation......tired of Romine and Aybar everyday in the lineup
A decent start.....what were u watching?Verlander with a decent start. Imagine if he had 10-15 less HRs given up. He would be putting up Scherzer numbers if not better.

Romine has been playing real good baseball for Atleast a month imo.
Prolly the best stretch of his career. Earning himself some money.
Home runs have went from one every 31-34 ab's for pretty much ever to one every 27 abs this season. That huge jump is pretty consistent with JVs.Well, 11 K's in 6 IP is better than decent, but 115 pitches in 6 IP is not.
TeHsUcKs is spot-on, though. All of JV's numbers EXCEPT home runs allowed are among the best of his career. If he was giving up HRs this year closer to his career rate, he'd be the front-runner for Cy Young.
He's proven himself to be a solid utility man.His career BA is creeping up to .250, albeit with almost no power. But he can play multiple positions, and unlike Raburn, he plays them all well. 8-for-8 in stolen bases this year, too.
How can u compare to the Cy Young year? He is not the same pitcher now. Wow he is in the Cy Young talk and not bad for a guy at lot of people had said he was trash a few years ago.....Well, 11 K's in 6 IP is better than decent, but 115 pitches in 6 IP is not.
