Price was moving left-to-right in net. Abdelkader came from Price's right side. Datsyuk backhand whipped the puck over Price's LEFT shoulder from the high slot.
Simple physics proves the bump at the right outside of the crease did not alter Price's ability to stop the puck, because the puck passed him in an area he willingly jettisoned. If anything, the bump from the right kept Price closer to making the save than he otherwise would have been.
