PUP is 6 weeks. IR is 8.

Thereis no grace period with IR you can designate anyone to return after they have missed 8 weeks. They just stay on IR unless you designate them as your return player so no grace period needed with IR Since they are already on IR.

PUP you have a two week grace period. After six weeks you get two weeks to either put them on injured reserve, trade or release them. If on PUP and you decide to place them on injured reserve then they are not eligible to return. Their season would be over.

The Fangio Training Camp was unique in my memory.

I did think it was funny and a sign of the players affection for Fangio - that they gave him a grey sweatshirt for his birthday. When the guys you lead feel free to make fun of your quirks in public - is a sign of acceptance on sports team I was on in the past.

One thing I noticed is besides the 49ers game we have been the less penalized team. Maybe some sign of progress.

Yeah Rypien pretty much supplanted his spot on the PS at best last night.

Again, can’t have a rookie undrafted as your backup. Nowhere near ready. Hopefully he develops well on the PS.

Did Hogan make you feel comfortable as the back up for the first half of the season?

Is there any QB right now that is a backuo that makes me feel comfortable? The answer is no. That’s why you always go with a little experience. You’re screwed either way. Easier as a coach to prepare with someone with experience then someone with zero.

Just finished doing initial prep for my fantasy draft, and Denver players getting little love.

I am hoping this team surprises the world.

Not exactly a greatly fantasy offense to pluck from. I think we are all hoping they surprise the world. :-)

The Broncos are showing zero - on offense and defense - outside plain vanilla - bread and butter plays. I don't know that you and just spring the bells and whistles in game 1, but it will be fun to watch them try.

Even Flacco has only had about two drives the whole pre-season.

Let’s hope they can just turn it on
While watching TC a couple times what stood out was Flacco had difficulty throwing the fade and his attempts during preseason were just short of pathetic

Looks good except you have 55 players. You have Jano with the RB’s and only counted 4 instead 5 and you gave an extra player somewhere else.

Unless you counted the IR designated to return players who will be added when they’re healthy and 2 people will be cut later.

7 WR’s???

We won’t keep both Jano or Riddick on 53 man roster. One for sure to IR.

Shamarko Thomas won’t make it we won’t keep 6 S’s if we did Marshall over Thomas by miles.

I think we may pluck a CB off waivers and keep Holder on the PS.

Rypien to the PS.

Charles may be more valueable then Butt especially with Jano out.

Probably pluck an ILB and send Watson to the PS. Same with OL could add two OL and send Schlotman to the PS.

Depth is not good here.
