First units played pretty well tonight.

If Kelvin McKnight doesn’t make the PS I am gonna be sad.

I am not sure the hold on Bolles gets called in a regular season game.

Much more blatant holding calls are not called. It might have been called. I hope he can continue to improve. He has made strides this year.

He was pretty bad last year and pretty bad today. Like all Bronco fans I too hope he hets better but he was doing the same things today that made him a bad player last year.

I know stats can be deceiving but I believe the Broncos didn’t give up any sacks in the first half. That says something. Sure the run blocking could’ve been better for the starters but the pass blocking was much improved.

Running the ball didn’t happen tonight. That has to get better or it will be a long season.

I know stats can be deceiving but I believe the Broncos didn’t give up any sacks in the first half. That says something. Sure the run blocking could’ve been better for the starters but the pass blocking was much improved.

You can’t win in the NFL if you can run block. It is concerning but it is also preseason so hopefully they put it together. Lock and Hogan had to run for their life. Flacco got decent pass protection when he was in.

I had the same perception - pass protection was decent - the run game wasn't there against this 9er team.

Hopefully once game planning starts it will help. Vic has said he like to put players in tough situations. I hope that is part of the struggles we have seen.

Complete failure to run the ball. Our success came on end arounds to Sanders and Patrick.

Too many FGs in the red zone

Lock did not handle the 2 minute drill well but they did get into FG range.

Fant with a foot injury.

Special teams was a disaster.

Things I liked:
Starting defense could be scary good. Should have had 2 picks and lots of pressure. Run defense was not stellar.

Sanders look good.

Flacco was efficient.

I heard Flacco say it was so Quiet(Manning Rule ) in the stadium when he was calling his plays He could hear his vice Ecco in the stadium ..That's a problem.

The 49ers knew our calls. hogan was huddling IMO way to close

They found a key to knowing when we were going to run. Our OL is not that bad. Our OL is doing something and they were keying it.

We had a young QB we handled the 2-minute drill perfectly It was conservative as all hell I get that but we mess up and they take all momentum. We were burning clock with the Idea of 3 points if we are lucky

hell, there were points last night I thought the 49'ers OL were Wrestlers. I saw 3 and 4 of our DL hitting the ground with there OL grabbing from behind them .

You do get Kyle loves sticking a dagger in us each time he plays us and who can blame him for being 100% pissed off at Elway.
