if I was a pat fan what would make me nervous is that with the bye week already past at week 4, that means if they don't get the BYE then they will have to play 16 in a row without a break just to make it to the SB...

that early bye is killer, lets see if they can overcome it...

Agreed. But at least they could (potentially) get the bye in the first round of the playoffs. That helps, too.

Yeah that is what I am thinking with Richardson coming back, Wilkerson adding pressure, and the rookie all crashing the middle of that offense I do think they could do some damage. Gronk is the great equalizer for the Pats in not sure who can cover him. Not sure there is a single player in the league that can cover him.

Yeah, a QB winning 4 Super Bowls is pretty awesome. It only happens once per generation. Make sure your girls fully appreciate that accomplishment.

Ummm what? Eli is ranked in the top-10 for about every category for a QB. 9th in QB Rating. 5th in touchdowns. Has been sacked the fewest times of any QB that has started every game this year. 4th in yards. Finally 13th in completion percentage. Not sure you have been paying attention to the Giants this year but Eli is having a big bounce back season.

Bounce back? He had a solid season last year.

Not sure why he would. I mean he did just get beat big time by the Bengal's TE Eiffert. When you throw in Gronk did just fine against the Seattle defense in the Super Bowl. I mean 6 catches for 70 yards and a touchdown is a pretty decent day in the NFL.

It is true he had a decent season last year. I would say though he was all over the board from week to week though. His QB Rating ended up pretty decent but he did have some ridiculously terrible games at times.

Yeah, he can be erratic but he didn't have a decent receiver until game 4 when Beckham Jr came back and the O Line was a disaster

So Eiffert and Gronk both having good days? I'm not saying Kam is a bad player by any means but I don't think he has done anything to show he can stop Gronk on a consistent basis. To me Gronk is the top non-QB player in the league at impacting a game.
