What do you think your team will or should do?

My team (Islanders) will probably trade D Radek Martinek for a pick. I'd like to see them trade Blake Comeau somewhere. I think Garth could get a good prospect or pick for him. I don't expect anything major but we'll see.

I think Shero has one more move left in his arsenal (part of the reason they sent down DJ and a few others to save $$) for another depth winger. But I think that's about it. Have room for 7.5 mill though.

Really?! I feel like they have the perfect chance to go all out. Not all out with their prospects, but they have such a good team right now, they should get some extra depth on D and go for it.

I don't think my team has enough young guys on it. They need two or three more frat boys and partiers to make a run this year...

Lou lams just recently stated the devils are not looking to rebuild or make any significant changes.lemaire feels there won't be a lot of moves by the deadline.Other than that the only 2 devils I've heard mentioned are Jason Arnott and Andy Greene who will both be UFAs at the end of the season.

At this point I have no idea what Lombardi will do. I know this, He wasn't expecting Sturm to get claimed, and at the same time have Loktionov's season come to an abrupt end.
I would be surprised if Lombardi didn't make any deals between now and Monday at noon. But I don't think he'll do anything major that he wouldn't have done had Sturm not been claimed and Loktionov not hurt.

It seems like Gillis is hesitant to make a move because he doesn't want to mess with the chemistry of the team. It makes sense. I really don't blame him. The one thing every GM says on deadline day is I could always use one more defenseman. It will be interesting to see if Gillis pulls the trigger on another D.

Only thing I could see him doing is going after a 4th line center. But I don't think we need to. Cody played pretty well last night, IMO.

I actually think Lombardi is in a good position. His team had a great road trip & hasn't lost since they've come home. If he can't get the player or players he wants at his price forget it. The Kings are building for the long haul not a 1 year playoff run.

I think the price for Konopka is higher than teams are willing to pay. The truth is he means more to the Islanders than he would to other teams. Plus Zenon has said he would resign with the Islanders for the same contract he has this season, 1 year 600 grand.

We could have had Rolston for free why would we give up Moulson for him? Besides the Isles gave Moulson a 3 year 9.4 million extension. He isn't going anywhere.
