I don't think anyone expects anything major to happen on deadline day....I'd love to see a blockbuster deal come out of nowhere...doesn't seem like deals like that happen too often anymore....

This year's been pretty unpredictable with trades, especially with the STL/COL trade and to a lesser degree the DAL/PIT. Those are big ones. So, I wouldn't be overly shocked if a few bigger deals went down. I really don't think Richards is going anywhere though.

im expecting that for sure. even with all teh activity leading up to the day I think it will be very active

The Sharks probably won't be making any trades at the deadline. If Wilson can move Mitchell and Wallin then that would open up enough cap space to bring in another 2nd or 3rd pairing defenseman, but that's contingent on anyone actually wanting either of those guys. Otherwise, the Sharks have already made their moves.
