Now that's funny right there.

All depends on which side of that stat you are.Now that's funny right there.
Dude's a legit football prospect - had offers from Ohio State, MSU, Georgia, Nebraska - but unfortunately he's a top-10 overall basketball recruit.Yeah, I know. But it's funny that their basketball recruit is higher ranked than anyone in MSU's class.
He could have gone to OSU and been on a top 10 football and basketball team.Dude's a legit football prospect - had offers from Ohio State, MSU, Georgia, Nebraska - but unfortunately he's a top-10 overall basketball recruit.
I think the days of high-end two sport athletes are probably over. They both take up way too much time when you're at a premier program. He could have gone to OSU and been on a top 10 football and basketball team.
Yeah, I started to say "unless a person is a Sparty or Jayhawk fan".All depends on which side of that stat you are.
This is Dantonio's worst ranked class in over a decade. He usually has classes ranked in the low 30's or mid-20's. This class ranks 42nd right now. It doesn't have a single player inside the top 399 and ranks 11th in the B10. The program has taken a pretty massive slide since 2015 and Dantonio already did the "support the staff" move last year, and produced one of the worst offenses in the country this year for the 4th year in a row. Not exactly the time to "support the staff" again. Danotnio's B10 titles earlier in his career are only going to buy him so much time doing this poorly.I don't see the problem with Dantonio backing his staff.
He is 113-57 at MSU and owns 3 B10 Championships this decade. That is 3 more than in-state rival Michigan.
Sure, the last couple of years haven't been great, and recruiting doesn't seem to be all that great either. Then again, when has he recruited at a high level? Dantonio is about system and building players. Always has been always will be.
Harbaugh will be gone soon enough. More in-state guys will head to East Lansing, and the stability and guidance of Dantonio will win out.
Winning by a combined 6 points over two years is whooping ass? Then what the hell did Oregon and Utah do to Washington?ASU whooped that Spartan ass two years in a row. Woo Hoo !
Problem with that is MSU basketball icon Tom Izzo is on record saying that if Dantonio is pushed out, he will walk away with him.
And they won’t let that happen.

I didn't think Izzo was that stupid. This isn't some movie tom..........
Last thing we need is a coach who is overly loyal to shitty offensive coordinators.Maybe MSU can coax this guy out of retirement.
I heard Nussmeier is available...Last thing we need is a coach who is overly loyal to shitty offensive coordinators.
