C'mon why take him out
You gotta love Garza's attitude

The way this offense is playing, either way would fail.Even if Ian did sac bunt them over nothing wouldve changed. Elvis still flied out to shallow LF, Cruz walked, and Beltre flew out.
You do realize your way didn't work. With runners on second and third there is more than one way to score. Should have bunted them over.

I hate it when Washington plays around with the bullpen. I mean our bullpen is fantastic, but let a starter finish an inning when he's still got a decent pitch count... When Wash costs us the most is when he pulls our starters too early

Wash will probably pitch him a hundred nights in a row if it's a 1 run game. >.<Nathan will come back out tonight. Book it.

There it is. Argument ender

I would feel much more comfortable with Soria to shut them down.

I better be seeing Soria in the 9th...
Didn't catch it.
Yup. *points to yesterday nightNathan has been pretty damn shut down this year again.
Yeah, but could have changed the inning. SF, squeeze, past ball all score a run. Swinging from the heels gave us what so many times we get with men on. Nothing. If you only have one man who can drive in a run you are up a creek.Again, a decision is right or wrong regardless of the outcome. Only shortsighted people judge a decision based only on the outcome. Letting a guy hitting .361 with risp swing away when our offense can't seem to bring runners home is the right call. Sometimes good decisions don't work.
Btw, the way the inning played out, your way wouldn't have worked either.
