Man, WHAT has happened to Dirk?!?! He doesn't even resemble the old Dirk. He is way too passive and unsure of himself. I'm wondering if a lot of this standing around and watching Monta take over late in games has affected him. Dirk used to be the absolute go-to guy.

I've been wondering the same thing. It's almost as if Dirk is just "a guy" on the court when it comes to clutch and closing time. I know Dirk is unselfish but he's really being too unselfish and forcing it if that's the case. It seems he's been a little up and down with his shot this year so maybe he needs to get Holger here ASAP to get him back on track.

Not only his shot but his defense. He never was a defensive stalwart but was better than this. But even JJ was terrible many times on defense flying out to his man only to have him drive right past him. I do not know why we cannot get in front of a player and keep him from going to the hole.

I've been saying this since the trade. Greg Smith isn't getting it done. That was the worst game from Devin all year. He missed a ton of shots and had 2 different chances to tie the game late and missed those too.


I also think Griffin should be called up and given some PT.

Powell showed something on the offensive end but I didn't see any chance he can really defend yet until he puts some weight on.

The last 2 mins guys jacking up 3's was not necessary, should have been driving to the basket. Yes Harris had a poor game as well

I just caught the very end, looks like a fresh Mavs team with a few days rest can play good enough to beat Memphis at full strength on the road. Nice win!
