Nice half for Armstrong. Pass rush looked pretty good. Physical game. Qbs look decent. Gilbert got screwed with some bad snaps and two dropped passes. Dowdle has to hang on to the ball. He has some game though.

Cards can have a scary offense if they are healthy. That Rookie WR , along with Hopkins , Green , and Kirk is potent.

Not great but I'd say all 3 QBs played decent. No not well enough to win reg season games but decent.
Keep in mind there's still 9 1/2 minutes left for Dinucci to be Dinucci.

He made a few plays that last drive. Even the TD he missed , he looked off the DB and made himself a place to throw.

Im having to watch it on NFL Network so Im getting the Cardinals announcers. I think they like Denucci. Ha.

Holy shit. I knew he sounded like somebody. He has been real complimentary of our players. I think he is an ex Full Back. He seems to get a hard on every time we go eye formation.

Connor Williams isn’t making much of a case for being the backup center so far.

On another note, Isaiah Stanback is doing a very solid job as the #3 guy in the Cowboys announcing booth.

I thought the booth crew was gonna go down on some of the players the way they talked.

I learned nothing from them.

Bill Jones has always just been “a guy”. Never been a fan even when he was a sportscaster on Channel 5. Babe is Babe. I haven’t watched the 2nd half because my bedtime has its limits but I thought Stanback’s work was pretty good for a first timer. Made useful points without ramming generic color guy pablum down our throats. Could have been more critical here and there but we all know that’s not what Jerry wants.

At least we don’t have to suffer through weekly doses of Ron Wolfley. I don’t think I could ever acquire a taste for him.

This game was a perfect example of how meaningless the pre-season.
Combined with no pre-season last year, it's a joke.
Nothing but a cash grab for owners.

Do you have any idea how valuable a preseason game is in regards to player evaluation?

No practice could ever duplicate the intensity that you get in a preseason game.

Preseason is for their benefit ..not yours.

They are horrible. The ex-FB Wolfley is the most annoying announcer since Theisman. I thought it was Jesse the Boy Ventura at first...
