I'm just saying if you have some adverse reaction to speculation and projections, then you are in the wrong place. It's pretty much 90% of what goes on around here, with 9% shit talking and 1% data/game watching(that is full of speculation and shit talking until the end).

And even though you are a scientist I'm not sure why this is an issue, as looking at past data to project the future is somewhat pretty common.

Most intelligent people kind of understand that no games have been played, that it's all speculation and a good bit of guess work. But so what? It's actually not that far off usually, and when it is - it's great and one of the best things about college football.
