Interesting is that they have the SEC West the top division, with the PAC North 2nd, and the SEC East 3rd. Seems right to me.

Baylor and Oky seem legit.
I am surprised the ACC is not getting more respect. I think from top to bottom the ACC is comparable with the B1G...maybe slightly better. But I'd take the ACC or B1G over the Big 12 easily. I have a hard time ranking the Big12 teams because there are at least 5 bad teams. Virginia is probably one of the worst ACC teams, yet they beat the BYU team that blew the doors off Texas....and Texas is still probably no worse than 6th in the Big12. Maryland held WVU to 6 total first downs in their 37-0 blowout win the week before WVU knocked off Okie State.
