So far the #canucks have interviewed M. Johnson, Crawford, Horachek and Bylsma. Desjardins and Arniel interviews should happen this week.
canucks wanted to talk to Stevens and Blashill but the Kings and Wings wouldn't let them go. Coach won't be hired until after draft.

Very unlikely the Canucks would qualify him on June 30th - Schroeder needs a fresh start with another organization.

Schroeder never got the chance to make the team as a winger - as opposed to centre. Small and skilled but Canucks play in heavy division.

I think there could be several teams employing the youth movement in order to enter the draft lottery this upcoming season.

This is probably why the NHL is considering changing the draft lottery structure, so that teams don't have to intentionally do that in order to have a chance at the top pick
