Dak was the standard rate while your team thought they were smart getting a discount.

Eagles accelerated the QB market, and you want to say who was dumb as fuck?? LOL
nevermind the talent these teams put their money behind.

sit your blind homer ass down

Eagles didn't move the market at all though. They signed the market rate for Wentz. Dumbass Cowboys kept kicking the can down the road and ended up paying a lot more. Now you dumbfucks had to move on from Amari for nothing and your WRs are just not good this year.

Sorry...I debunk stupid.
You guys signed wince midseason thinking only of bumping the rate Dallas pays Prescott.
Dallas looked at Prescott longer (Year) with little regards to the money to be sure of their investment. Now you wanna question who was smarter?
Dallas is paying the going rate for a solid top 10 QB, while your team kicked the can down the road and looked stupid for the contract given

I'm trying to help you here by telling you to sit down

The Cowboys have have had some of the least amount of playoff success in the league over the past 25 years. The Eagles have won more playoff games than the Cowboys have even played in during the past 25 years. Cowboys are one of only like 4 or 5 other teams in the league that haven't at least made a conference championship game in the past 25 years. The others are not company you would want your team to be in.

Eagles signed Wentz because it was the smart thing to do and the Eagles are a much smarter team to do than the Cowboys. They lock their young talent down as soon as they can because they know the price is only go up because that is the nature of the ever rising salary cap. Especially at premium positions. Signing Wentz didn't bump the rate for Prescott. Cowboys had every opportunity to sign Prescott for the same at that time. Goff set the rate, Eagles signed Wentz to that rate and the Cowboys sat on their hands while Dak's price just continued to rise as more QBs continued to get paid even into the next offseason bumping the price at that time up to $40M.

And most importantly, the Eagles had won a Super Bowl in large part to Wentz being the best QB in 2017. A Super Bowl, something the Cowboys have not done in over a quarter century.

So get the fuck out of here with these delusions that the Eagles only signed Wentz because they were at all thinking about the Cowboys. Cowboys are scrubs and they especially were to the Eagles coming off of a Super Bowl win when your team hasn't sniffed the deep ends of the playoffs in a quarter century.

And again

also...the very day Dallas signed Cooper, everyone and their grandmother (Cooper too) KNEW with 40M guaranteed, 2 years and he is GONE.
Exactly what happened

Bad cap management will do that to you. Cowboys had the most talented team in the division for a few seasons and accomplished nothing with it. Dak contract is signed which was much bigger than it needed to be due to the Cowboys incompetence and now they certainly don't have the most talented team in the division anymore. Not great when you have an idiot for a HC.

stopped right here....this has zero to do with the topic. Big Deal, you fuckers lucked out with all the starts alligned and finally won a super bowl.

"Your playoff success" must be the McNabb years.

NO selective BS about selected years when talking history. Gotta count all the championships after 5 years.

homer alert.... they had their eye on what Dallas was going to do with Dak. The philly media and fans talked about it the remainder of that season and mentioned it up to the point where it was obvious wince clearly sucks

Because it was hilarious how Cowboys are fucking themselves in that situation. I kept posting here making fun of Dallas saying they were going to have to end up paying him $40M per year and all of you Cowboys fans were saying no way, there is no way they pay him that much. They kept delaying it, delaying it an delaying it as other QBs signed deals raising that price and then they finally signed him after the price rose to $40M per.

count all time....no selective bull shit

We didn't luck out at all. We had the best team in the league all season. #1 seed blowing teams out all year. That wasn't some wildcard team backing into the playoffs and getting hot. That was the best team in the league getting the job done and being so great that they were still able to go onto win the Super Bowl after their All Pro QB went down late in the season.

No offense but the ancient history last century Cowboys Super Bowls don't really mean all that much today. No team is looking at the Cowboys and thinking they are some team to be concerned with. To watch out for. Some team that hasn't made it past the divisional round in over a quarter century.

Here is the company the Cowboys are in for teams who have not made a NFC or AFC Championship Game in a very long time:

Redskins - 30 years
Lions - 30 years
Browns - 29 years
Dolphins - 29 years
Cowboys - 26 Years
Texans - 20 Years

What deserving company because that is the tier of franchise the Cowboys have been for the past 26 years and growing.

now this one

Jesus, you crave the attention so much you talk outta your ass way more than not.

It was great management. Cooper served his role while Lamb hopefully developed to a top 10 number one when his contract is up.

The Cowboys had the most talent bull shit is media driven. Dallas is correcting their lack of talent over the last few drafts.

McCarthy? Really, you going there?
Nothing I hate worse than a shithead propping up media driven opinions. Not to worry, many Dallas fans share your short sidedness.

Mike does not walk on water, but his ego is not large enough to correct things. Jerry ain't easy with a twice weekly radio show but Mike overcomes that with his team. That matters. The entire team as bought in. Mike kept the train on the tracks after week one, saw the adjustments required with a backup QB and has hung around the best team in football.

NOW....I'm even more happy for you having the best team and coach through 8 games.
Somebody might have a field day this offseason here. Even if neither team making the championship game

Hey...if this makes you feel good. Have at it.

Target is squarely on your back. All your team needs to do is cash those checks.

Great,
Follow up with more homer ass philly bull shit.

What is funny, even with the last 25 years, you remain envious and focused on all things Dallas.

This is your team's year, and look at you, week after week talking Dallas almost as much as you brag about who the eagles play in the SB.

Great management? LMAO. You were trying to trade for Cooks at the deadline. Your offense is not talented enough for you to win with Dak.

McCarthy is one of the dumbest coaches in the league. I loved it when they signed him. I love that he is also going to play his way into a 3rd season with the Cowboys as they watch Sean Payton sign somewhere else this offseason.

What is homer? Those are facts. Eagles were the #1 seed. They were blowing out teams throughout the season. They won the Super Bowl. They were the best team in the league.

Cowboys haven't made it past the divisional round in 26 years and are in the same company as teams like the Redskins, Lions & Browns as the only teams to be that pathetic dating back to the previous century/millennium.

I understand the logic behind extending wince at the time. Poor decision.
Best team in the regular season doesn't get out of round one if wince played. He would have wilted in that pressure
