I get he has strict rules to get the job done but It would be better if not being an asshole to enforce other rules were part of his rules.

I agree.

Bill's problem is that he enforces a rule on certain players, not always for equally serious "violations".

The doghouse shouldn't even be a part of his "Rule Enforcement". Especially for 7 weeks.

He shouldn't change the rules to suit himself either.

Well, I've seen over and over and over now that Bill is playing 2000 NFL and the game has passed him by. Yet he won a Super Bowl in 2018 by holding a prolific offense to 3 points while the GOAT and supposedly ONLY reason for NE's success only put up a measly 13 of their own.
