Ron, what a pleasant surprise to read that post. Totally agree. This theory that trading down is always a home run, is ridiculous. The Ravens, for me, is a team that always aces the draft, and so many of their key players were those late first rounders that Bill really likes to trade away

The notion that I think everything in Boston is always right is grossly exaggerated..

Yup....but your intellectual insight to the conversation was to walk in and declare us to be racists.

speaking of

you guys hear about snoop?

had a HUGE 4/20 party at a mansion...public could go if you forked over 10k a pop.

house packed with people, snoop pulls up and cops come speeding in...stop him. basically tell him he cant go in until all the people leave (noise issue).

snoop says something to the effect of "we're just trying to party a lil. didnt you like to party when you were younger?"

basically, the chief says "give me a few J's of some dank and youre all set"

snoop handed him a few fatties, and let him enter the party

Can I call bullshit now or wait for snopes

Cervelli will go to Toronto and swing harder, just like Bautista.

Or he can just go to Toronto and face Blue Jays pitching

It might be more performance-enhancing than steroids

He gave up 3 runs. The 3rd one is on him, even if it was unearned

Yankees have faced about 12 lefties the past 3 weeks. Including many scrubs

The only lefty that did worse than Buerhle did last Saturday? Is Buerhle from last night

He is awful. Absolute abomination. 6.35 ERA and only faced 1 good offense all season

now VP is the statistician :laugh3: because he says the 3rd run is on him that what it is.. doesn't matter that the guys scoring the games have been doing it for eons. so like i said 1 good start. 1 bad start. but that makes him a bag of shit. so what does that make nova and hughes.

He didn't say he attended the party, or that his step-brother Giuseppi was one of the cops, Pete.

Very much akin to the Rays of yore. Quietly winning series after series.

Fun team to watch, actually. I really don't hate them more than 19 times per year.

Second round pick?

For a guy projected as a special teams guy, fringe starter?

No thanks...

Not seeing where he's projected as only that...He'd have been a 1st rounder last year in a deep class...good ball skills, great tackler...solid CB prospect...

Not really any worse than the bag of mediocrity that's left in this draft....it's all crapshoots at this point snoogs...I'll take the high talent/spotty character issue guy over a mediocre boyscout....
