It is too funny really.

So many fans act like they wouldn’t want LeBron in their team. Many Lakers fans said it before he arrived.

Then he gets there, wins a championship or two and even the most ardent LeBron haters come around to at least appreciate what he brings.

If LeBron had chose the Celtics (I know it wasn’t really a possibility) the Celts would have won the title this year and every Celtic fan would be all about it.

Heard a great Larry Legend story on PTI. 31 years ago today Shawn Kemp faced Bird for the first time. Before tip off Bird asked Kemp- you broke all my high school record right? Kemp said yep. Bird then asked- you use to dunk on my brother Eddie right? Kemp said yep. Bird talked shit the entire game to him on his way to a trip-dub.

Like Magic said to Larry during his retirement party at the Garden- "there will never, ever be another Larry Bird"

They don’t play the same position, at least not in the way that they couldn’t play together.

Plus, I can't think of a better player for a youngster like Tatum to learn from.

I can see why you'd want him but why are the Cavs making this deal?
