I wasn't talking about Foles at all. He's a past hero, no question but that bit of fun is over. The most entertaining 2 years of Eagles football I've ever seen! End of story.

As for Wentz, he has to live up to the hype. He's a solid QB, no doubt about that but so far he's a pack your lunch pail and head to the stadium type of QB. He's been injured a lot so I'm not sure if he's hearing footsteps or not but he isn't a gunslinger. I hope that he becomes one. Another championship would be awesome.

Foles is an injury prone journeyman QB that just lost another job.

Simple question: What did Dallas accomplish these past few years with a fourth round Qb on a rookie contract?
Odds are had the gave up all those picks for Wentz, they'd have been drafting top 5 in 2017. Of course they wouldn't pick anyone of quality there as they wouldn't have that pick.

What if I never said anything bad about Carson? Do I still need to apologize?

Probably.

You also need to take a pilgrimage to his home town and pray at his manger.

Was he born in ND? I know thats where he grew up. I don't see myself ever going to ND willingly again

Well to be fair, Wentz is also an injury prone journeyman QB, at least until he proves otherwise. I'm hoping.

Well he has. Has only played with the team that drafts him and just signed him to an extension so no idea how you can say he is a journeyman QB.

Just finished his second full season of not missing any games, something Foles has never done.

Dakpublicans and Wentzocrats are it again, folks. No end in sight for this argument.
And that in and of itself declares a winner and is kind of amazing since one was guaranteed, unarguably elite and a top 3 QB and the other should have lost his job according to one group...the fact that after 4 years the jury is still out is quite remarkable

Still dont see Wentz being that Clutch guy like I have seen on TV today.
Wentz played well with his team in complete control (defensive turnovers)
Not gonna argue against his stats or how he played against the Giants. He did play well.
But when he has to come from a couple scores down will he fold like a cheap suit? (since I have seen Eagle fans comparing him to Wilson) if I had a 15 point lead on Wilson I am still worried.
When pressure is on Wentz I still see a happy feet kid capable of throwing a screen pass or in flats into the ground.
I am not sold on his mental toughness.

My reaction to not having either Wentz or Dak:

iinjury prone? aside from a 2014 clavicle fractture, and this year, where else?

Rookie year he broke his hand.
Next year he missed time for a concussion
Following year he broke his collar bone
Following year got benched for being shitty, but as history has shown, he likely would have gotten injured at some point
2017 he basically couldn't practice hardly at all or play in preseason due to issues with his elbow
This season he breaks his collarbone again.

He has had opportunities to play full seasons but injuries have cut those short everytime except for 2015 when he got benched for bad play (twice)

Nah you are good then. The people who should apologize know who they are.

Eh, to be fair, injury prone is up for debate. But Nick Foles has been on 4 different teams in the last 5 years. Carson's been on one. The journeyman tag is squarely on Nick at this point.

Well he did come back from two scores down on the giants a couple of weeks ago.

Wentz didn't finish last season nor the season before.
