But take a look at how Phillip Rivers was handling his postgame pressers after what had to be gut-wrenching fourth quarter losses; look at how Aaron Rodgers handled his postgame presser last night. Disappointed? Heck yes, but they took care of their postgame media commitments like pros, which is pretty much the opposite of how Cam handled his business. The eyeball rolling and pouting are unbecoming of a reigning NFL MVP.

I'm going to bet that yes, eventually it will. Hell it already does affect the way he plays, when he's sulking on the sidelines you can pretty much guarantee a loss for the Panthers no matter how many more chances he gets. As far as the checks, yes, keep up the losing and it will affect his financial value.
