I'm not even sure he is the leading candidate on his own team right now. Rask has been great, but I'd give the nod to Krejci right now.
I agree

In any case. Once again I am just seeing things through my black and gold glasses.
I will shuttup now on that subject
I think it's time for one of those useless "Players only meetings".
Yep.....I'll be surprised if MAF gets the nod.You have to go back to Vokoun in my opinion, Fleury's confidence is shot (before last night, his previous game action was 28 days ago).
At this point, I'd go back to Vokoun for game 3. If that doesn't work, then Brad Thiessen should start game 4.
I haven't watched a minute of the series or read through this thread at all so forgive me if this has been talked about already, but I wonder if Iginla is having second thoughts right now. I do realize there's a lot of series left and box scores are not always indicative of play but with Boston heading home up 2-0 after outscoring Pittsburgh 9-1 I think this series is over.
You should also include "conspiracy theories that favor Pittsburgh."
In all honesty, I think the fact that Jacobs has been one of the most ardent hardliner owners of the last two lockouts factored quite a bit into Iggy's decision to join the Penguins. I know he talked about joining Sid and Malkin in his presser, but I think he also wanted to give a big FU to Jacobs and the Bruins.
I would have never brought it up if you hadn't said:And you should include the conspiracy theory that Greg Campbell's dad is having a influence
Do not fear. I am sure the Pens will have as many PP's that are needed to secure a win tonight.
I would assume his desire to win a Cup would trump his desire to get some revenge on Jacobs though. So he probably genuinely thought Pittsburgh was his better chance. But let's be honest, most of us thought the same thing.
