All I can say is WOW!!

I didn't expect this. Congrats to the Bruins & their fans tonight on a dominating performance.

Well, damnit. Bruins just outplaying Penguins head to toe. Better system, offense scoring, and Rask is playing stellar. Pens aren't getting many fast breaks but I thought they did a good job generating traffic in front but Rask isn't letting in any dirty goals.

Have to go back to Vokoun. He's gotten us this far and Fleury didn't look any better in relief tonight.

Unless Kris Letang shows some major improvement in decision-making early next season, Pens would be wise to trade him. He'll demand a major contract, but as this series shows, he wouldn't be worth it come crunch time. Huge net minus right now.

And Bylsma's shortcoming are really showing. They're forgivable when winning, but glaring when things go wrong. Huge mismanagement of Iginla. We have one stellar RW with Neal, the logical thing is Iginla with Crosby, but he refuses to give it a chance. Still have no idea why our only dangerous RW-shot isn't playing on the first powerplay. (I guess it clicked in the first 2 series but I still think it's a dumb move.)

But really, it comes down to the Penguins defense. It's getting pressured and all the mistakes against Philly last year are rushing back. Defensive systems can be coaches - we don't have one, or our players are too stupid to implement it. Either way, changes needed to fully compete.

On the bright side, Pens have come back from 2-0 holes before. I also saw them get beat 5-0 in game 5 vs. Detroit only to come back and win the cup. But they'll need some luck along the way, Boston is really clicking right now.

Oh, and can we stop with the "Don't worry, refs will help Penguins" or "Penguins will goon it up" comments already? This was the ideal game for either of those to happen, according to the haters, and neither did. It's old, and it smells swampy.

I have watched that last Marchand goal like 10 times and I have to laugh that Cooke and him get after each other and Marchand takes off and roofs one. Directly looks at Cooke and says "what you got"

Obviously me as a Bruins fan would love this. I cant stand Cooke

Still takes 4 wins to move on and I do not expect the Penguins to go quietly. I still see this going 6 or 7. This Bruins team has always played better on the road then at home.

I would almost be inclined to scratch Letang in favor of Despres for game three, if for no reason other than to send a message to Letang.

And Malkin can be scratched, too.

In my opinion, adding Vitale was a good move. Bennet might be a good idea, too.

And I agree Dacks, Iggy needs to be on Sid's right side. It will help both of them get going, I would think.
