NP man, I think if you're going to lose might as well lose with dignity. No point in going down like a bunch of goons, especially against the Islanders. What does that prove exactly? It proves mental weakness, that's all it proves.

Some people just have to realize that 70s brand hockey is done & gone. It's one thing to say it's a part of the game (which I think is sort of iffy), but to say it's a strategy to mount a comeback is really pushing it.

What would you say to this idea?

After a fight the refs would be allowed to use the review cameras todeteine who dropped the gloves first or threw the 1st
punch and give that player an unsportsmanlike conduct minor in addition to the fighting major.

Would that reduce the WWE variety bullcrap or not?

I personally think anyone who gets involved in a fight should be tossed out of the game, fined, & suspended like they do in the NFL, NBA, & MLB.

That's going a bit too far.

STARTING or instigating a fight rates stiffer punishment than participation in one, IMO.
