I put it in another thread on here but the Broncos have been talking about Vernon Butler. Fangio was a big fan of him in the draft and thinks here in Denver the kid could shine.

Lee is getting traded just a matter of to who. Couple of other teams have entered into that bidding war so not sure who wins out.

As for Vernon I would say just depends how much Broncos are deciding to go QB round 1 or not. I would put it pretty low that it would happen though

Lee would seem to be a perfect get - for ILB - makes you wonder why the Jets signed CJ since - though more talented - only a marginal improvement - IMO.

Devin Bush is a serious Denver Broncos NFL Draft candidate

I kind of touched on this and they expanded on it again.

I will add that Harbaugh is in the same mindset as our new Head coach

Devin Bush is my favorite LB in the draft... This time a year ago I made the argument he was better then Devin White. I like both a lot.

Overview
Limited WILL linebacker who isn't big and isn't fast, but plays with determination and a nose for the ball. Former walk-ons usually have chips on their shoulders that are permanent fixtures and Cashman is no different. He's made the most out of every opportunity he's created for himself, but his lack of athletic traits and length create a small margin for error in his play. If he can improve in taking on blocks and play more instinctively, he could have a chance as a back-end backup and core special-teamer.
Strengths

• From former walk-on to team captain
• Tough guy who lives for football
• Impressive 62 solo tackles with 15 tackles for loss in 2018
• Flows with proper restraint and pace against stretch plays
• Will fill into his fits to spill runs wide when possible
• Tenacious demeanor wills him past certain blocks
• Sees it and squares it as wrap-up finisher in space
• Can line up over slot against tight ends
• Very good recognition and readiness from short zone
• Could be core special teamer on next level

Weaknesses

• Had surgery on both shoulders last season
• Needs quicker recognition of blocking scheme
• Struggled getting off blocks and making reads against Illinois
• Crashed over-the-top for much of his TFL production
• Feels small when challenging climbing linemen
• Ducks head into contact and loses sight of the ball
• Unable to step into his gap and constrict it against run
• Plays quickly but lacks true sideline-to-sideline range
• Hands have to become a priority for next level

If I was Broncos I rate a player first and for most how many impact plays a year then Stats then personalty ..

For me, it is all about getting the play when you really need it. We need 4th down not first down on a tackle.when we are talking MLB'er

Cashman is a gamer.

Broncos are meeting with my favorite WR in the draft ASU WR N'Keal Harry. Doubtful they draft him, marks the second year in a row they met with my favorite WR in the draft and neither will end up a Bronco.

They were talking quite a bit on 104.3 the Fan today about N'Keal Harry, since they had ASU's coach Herm Edwards on the phone. Could be an incredible pick up. Coach described him as another "Dez Bryant".
