Yes because only SEC coaches voted against camps. :L How's the weather in fairy tale land?
Harbaugh Exposed the abuse and put the spot light on the camps. The motion was filed by the ACC. The other P4 conferences voted to close the loop hole.

But Saban.........

Saban isn't the one who killed the camps. All those kids Harbaugh bent over for personal gain are the ones suffering

Hmmmm. Who sent proposals to the NCAA to ban the camps? Harbaugh or the SEC and ACC?

Last I checked -- Harbaugh was the guy actually attending the camps and helping the kids out? Now you are saying he banned them?

I dont disagree with you at all.

However the reality is that due to the ruling many kids will get less exposure. Does that mean they wont get offers, no but less exposure is not better. They needed a way to slap down Harbs but still get kids exposure to all the colleges they can.
Every recruiting rule can use this argument pretty much.

What "loophole" do the camps "abuse"? It's all about your (as well as others') characterization of the camps as "abusing loopholes." I just don't see it that way. A rule is a rule. Believe me when I tell you that Jim Harbaugh is all about following the rules. BTW, that's an "ethical" stance that I can get behind. How about you?
Why do you think the camps were closed? There's a reason the other P5 teams stepped up

This is what official visits are for. Schools pay for the visit.
Right and you have to be on the schools radar for them to offer. Once again more exposure for the kids is not a bad thing.

Let's not let facts get in the way of a good cry about breaking rules from USC and Bama fans.

So the problem is nobody knows about kids in the south to offer them?

Yes thats the problem, there is no wireless technology down south so coaches up north do not know about them.

Thats not true, Harbs has hired many parents and former coaches of recruits. You know because they are so good he just had to give them jobs.
These activities and harbaughs blatant abuse of the camps . Are why the camps are gone. And why the outrage should be directed towards Harbaugh. Pointing the finger at Saban, the SEC, the conferences who closed the loop hole.... Is all asinine

I do put the blame on Harbs. He basically thumbed his nose at everyone and needed slapped down. Now the NCAA needs to fix this and make some rules common sense where it will not hurt the kids that need some extra exposure.

USC recruited Florida, Alabama, Hawaii and Georgia. Probably a Kiffin conspiracy
Yeah Alabama manages to recruit Cali as well. It's not about exposure, it's about access
