Man, this series has been painful to watch.

Grilli's injury really sucks. Our bullpen was starting to be slightly more dependable, but I don't think we can stand another big blow to the BP like that. I have confidence in Jim Johnson as a closer, but that bumps our troublesome middle relievers into more prominent roles.

Hate to say it, but we could be in for a long second half.

Of course, I hope we keep fighting and don't give up and getting Freeman back in the lineup can light a fire under our asses.

If we're 7 or more games out by the trade deadline, we'll probably trade off some pieces and get more prospects.

Sad to see Grilli go down. I am pretty sure they would have traded him within the month. This sweep pretty much clears up the question of whether or not the Braves will be sellers or buyers at the deadline.

Time for Hart to get some more pieces. I really love what he has done with the organization so far.

Why couldn't we trade Gomes or someone of that caliber? We get rid of Uribe and Johnson, who are good ball players, for a couple of unproven pitchers?
