Todd Haley went 10-5 with Matt Cassel. Beat out "future HOFer" Philip Rivers for the division title.

Cassell vs the Ravens that one playoff game is the worst I ever remember from a QB In the postseason

10-5 and yes 8 less wins than the year before, good point Dirt. Cassell also went 10-5 in KC and playoffs

Brady won less games the year after Cassell

Cassell >>>>> Brady

The funny thing is the people who still make excuses for it and pretend Love is a legit QB prospect.
Sometimes it's good to put a little fire under a comfortable QB's ass, worked in NE with Jimmy G/ Rodgers went 6-9-1 in 18 with 25 tds and then 26 tds in 2019 but a 13-3 record. Not saying Love had him go from 25,26 to 48 and I agree Love does not look like a great prospect. BB was in love with JImmy G and wanted him to stay in NE and pay him 25 mill a year, after 6 Q's guy is injured and know what has transpired in SF. Brittle bitch came to my mind, but I'm no coach or owner

This argument only really makes sense if you think this is basketball where one dude can basically drag a team to the SB and ignore that Bucs team was about a million times better than the Chiefs team Montana went to.

Plenty of good reasons to say Brady>Montana

This is an awful one.

The year before Montana went to KC they were 11-5

Last year the Bucs were 7-9

Now you can launch off into some player by player analysis but the Chiefs were not bottom feeders when Joe went there by any means.

Neither were the Bucs, tbh. Winston just kept throwing the ball to the wrong team

Sure they both won 10 , Tom's surgery had no bearing :L

But good news for BB's legacy they went back to the playoffs after being out in 08, Brady saved BB's job after going 5-13 and word was out that Kraft would launch him if it didn't turn around with the highest paid player Bledsoe under center. Poor guy already got fired in his first HC job in Cleveland, then went running back to big Bill as DC

It's pretty hilarious to see people still playing the "throw everybody in the NE organization under the bus to protect Tom 'Lil Boy Tongue-Puncher' Brady" game even after he left for Tampa.

60 minutes
That's a weird response. It was 28-10 for Tampa before Tom threw his 3 interceptions.

The longer the game went, the less likely Tampa wins. Thank god the game was only 60 minutes, amirite?

Yup, and that's because no one liked the Patriots until Bledsoe, then Brady came along and was even better. They will tell you they are all life-long fans, but that's complete bullshit. Patriot fans are disappearing quickly.

Incorrect. Not sure why so many still think the Browns fired BB.

Nov. 6, 1995- Art Modell announces he's moving his franchise to Baltimore

Feb. 9, 1996- owners approve teams move to Baltimore

Feb. 15, 1996- Modell fires BB & names Ted Marchiroda coach

Steve Grogan was my man and I could name you 10 posters here that have followed them since the beginning or about 75 for me. John Hannah, Russ Francis, Sam Cunningham, Stanley Morgan, Tippett to name a few

So time before INTs didn’t count?

Hey, I'm moving to your town soon. Do I need to notify anyone in the mob before my arrival?

Never in my life have I heard someone use "60 minutes" as a response for actions before the issues. It's always after.

I think you're backpedaling. I think you forgot how the game played out.
