The latest Ask Ira - Fans trying to find excuses for the Heat and trying to blame Spo as usual. This is all on the players - especially the top two divas. One not wanting to play because he is always pmssing and the other playing like shit and blaming others for his mistakes on the court by pointing fingers and getting stupid with them as opposed to taking responsibility for his mistakes… this happens..

This team has a lot to work on but more than anything, what they need to do is grow some balls - especially their top two players who have been playing and acting like bitches far too much lately.

So, the Heat had a team meeting after last nights game led by the captains, not the scrub aka Shane Battier -.. Still, dont expect them to play any better tonight or for a while… As I said before, LBJ and the Diva have been the biggest of problems in this stretch with their lackluster play or no play in the case of the diva… They are the worst possible examples and the last two people who should stand up and speak up and try to get things going because they are the biggest problem. Doubtful but hopefully some of the other guys on the team got in the faces of LBJ and Diva and put them in their place.

Spo using the winning formula again - Remove the scrub aka Shane Battier aka I lose every BATTLE out of the game early enough for the Heat to get control of the game and win it. On to destroy the LA Fakers .

Lost art, coaches greeting each other after the game. Brad Stevens came up to Spo after the last game and did so again tonight. Need to see it more often.
