Tua update:Comes out of yet another game with a hip injury - as well as a nose injury.

The reality for Tua and Alabama is starting to set in despite their win today -- the biggest consequences could be yet to come.

The hip injury for Tua could be season/career ending. MRI and scans to determine/confirm severity of injuries.

Not at all applauding the injury - just my continued criticism of his skill set and game. Also, I think all Dolphins fans, especially long time fans - can savor in the moment in how this could mean the beginning of the end for Nick Satan. Who was apparently 1 play away from pulling Tua from the game.

This is why I didn't/don't want him for the Dolphins, especially as a top pick - and why I am critical of his game, it makes his durability questionable - now, it could end his career. These wannabe flashy QBs only last so long.

In more directly related Dolphins news, per Adam Schefter, the Dolphins have signed WR, Allen Turns, to a 2-year, $8-million extension that includes 3.27 in guarantees.

A solid signing by the team. It keeps a quality veteran around at an important position as this rebuild goes forward with an offense that has potential.

Dolphins have also activated LT Julien Davenport off IR , acquired in the Tunsil deal - waived Andrew Donnal.

Tua has a hip fracture. That is career altering for him. He is now a risky investment for a team (too risky for an early pick in my opinion). That's too bad for him. I hope he recovers well.

Of note, Andrew Van Ginkel, Dolphins 5th round selection this past draft, is off IR and active today - should help the unit eventually.

Early momentum to the Bills thanks to the Dolphins electing to differ rather than trying to set the tone on offense first. First drive killed by a penalty that sets them back - no running game yet - and cant stop the Bills running game.

The defense looks a little undisciplined getting flagged for extra unnecessary stuff.

They need to get back on track on this drive not to have to play from behind for too long.

Early problems from the Dolphins OL with the late shifts by the Bills DL -- and Fitzpatrick not reading the defense pre-snap and getting the ball out quick enough -- ironically, thats been some of the criticism by some clowns on Rosen.
