I think it's market value for a #1 WR.

Hopkins being traded for pennies on the dollar doesn't make this deal outrageous unless you just think the trade market was pricey for WR's to begin with; which honestly I wouldn't disagree there. The market is the market though. O'Brien being a moron doesn't change that.
