Wow, what an episode. Nothing else on TV looks and is paced like Breaking Bad was and Better Call Saul is.

The Mike scenes in the parking garage and during the exchange were tremendous. The Saul - Chuck scene at the end. Fantastic.

Fun fact for fans of Grand Theft Auto 5: The guy that Mike beat up in the parking garage is the guy who voiced Trevor in GTA5.

I have not played GTA5, but apparently the "Walter White wannabe" was a voice in GTA5 as well...

Boring episode. I will def watch s 2, but I would have thought they would have ended on a better ep.

So why did he walk away from that MAJOR interview? He thought he could do better as Slippin' Jimmy?

I agree it wasn't much of a finale.

But he walked away because he realized conning and being slimey is what he was better at and had fun doing. He wasn't going to impress his brother no matter how much he achieved so he didn't need to put forth that effort any longer.

The ending wasn't exactly a cliffhanger, but it sent a promising message for Season 2.

I was expecting more of a climactic ending, but good character development is always welcome.

Already did before BCS started, Cal!

Premiers and Finales are not the right times for filler/character development episodes.

With that kind of expectation, I think it fair to say this episode was the worst of the season. Still good enough to warrant viewing of S2 (and be excited for it!), but certainly not on par with the Mike flash-back episode or last week's episode (where we learn about Chuck's real feelings).

That was pretty weak as a finale but otherwise a very good episode.

Who knew a game of Bingo could get so awkward? "O-64, as in oh to be 64 again!"

It was a bit slow for a finale but the show's style is a bit unconventional. I think he is a bit awkward in all aspects of life. I can't really put my finger on why I like this show so much, it's just different. If I had to explain the show to someone who has never seen it, it would just sound boring.

I really liked the finale. It was a bit slower than some and certainly different in tone but I thought it was great.

The bingo scene was tremendous. I knew it was going somewhere, but not there. Also Marco is pretty sleazy but I still kind of felt for him when he asked if the funeral was in New Mexico and Jimmy said no.

Season 2 needs more Mike.

Can't go wrong with more Mike. Banks is a great actor and I really like that character.

Like the show... but I'm still confused on what Jimmy/Saul's relationship with Kim is.... Is that just friendship? Friends w/benefits, past flirtations... I can't figure it out.
Thoughts?
