According to PFF...they are the 30th ranked OL.

No player has a positive grade, and their best graded player grades out at -2.8.

The defense has to take advantage and help the offense. As good as they've been, Seattle's D, as we all know, is very, very good. Special teams will be a factor as well.

Our pass defense is ranked #27 in the league. Right around #6 in the NFL in run defense though for a total defensive ranking of #19 to Seattle's #2 ranking overall.

They have a damn good defense, but we have a damn good offensive line and a ton of weapons. I don't think we will hit our 30.5 points we average per game, but I can see us still getting to 23 to 24 at home.

Difference is, our secondary may be getting hammered a little bit lately with teams throwing every down trying to catch up and us playing a soft defense to prevent the big plays. Unfortunately for Seattle, they have to have their crappy offensive line play against our well above average DL who is 7 to 8 guys deep in talent rotating in and out keeping their legs fresh and strong. Russell Wilson will be running for his life a majority of the time, so I don't think our secondary has to be lights out against a very poor WR core of Seattle.
