Yes, he was offered the same deal as Ware in Denver, but turned it down. 3 year 30mil, reportedly because they kept him waiting while they talked to Ware. I guess he felt slighted. It is also reported that if he doesn't get this deal, he is fine with retirement. He won't play for under his own perceived value, ala Urlacher.
