Nice to see Keys win. She also gives great interviews too, she's so genuine.

It's ridiculous that the Tsitsipas match yesterday, or Barty vs. Pegula today, will be on ESPN+.

Can't watch it then.

Also, ESPN's streaming platform is worse this year too, because they don't even label the matches properly sometimes. They just say the court number. So even if one is looking for a specific match, it would be even harder to find because it's not labeled.

Shapovalov vs. Nadal turned into a 5 set battle.

The good news was they showed Berrettini vs. Monfils on the Tennis Channel 4am AO recap replay coverage.

The bad news was that they jumped to the 5th set. So it was hard to fully get into it, because they skipped so much of it.

Still better than not having it at all, but things were better when matches like these were fully live on ESPN.

Medvedev, on being down 0 - 2 sets against Auger-Aliassime, said he asked himself "what would Novak do? . . . Or Roger, Rafa". He said he then drew inspiration from the way they've fought, and said he was going to make it as hard on Auger-Aliassime as possible to win. Auger-Aliassie had a match point.

It's too bad that match was on ESPN+.

Pulling for her but not sure anyone can beat Ash. Not caring who wins the mens. Medvedev is the next gen number 1 IMO and like to see him step up but if Nadal wins I will be laughing at Novak. I wonder if it was worth it to be a douche bag?

Barty is looking like Graf, these last few rounds. Other than Serena and Venus, it's been a while where I've seen someone look so in control of points.

After his win over Berrettini, when Medvedev was down in the match, he said "the crowd isn't going to like this, but I asked myself, what would Novak do? . . . Or Roger, Rafa".

He then talked about how they fought for every point, so he'd do the same.

The crowd booed as soon as he said Novak's name. I thought there was 50/50 support, but it seems like it's a majority crowd that's pissed that Djokovic tried to enter unvaccinated (as well as not quarantining himself once he had Covid).
