Keep that in mind before any rants as the season goes on.We have a young QB who needs to develop. We should be supporting him. If we are still in the playoff hunt and he is playing well we will not make the switch to go to Fitz.

Are you guys reading your posts during games?
We'll see how wrong I am.You were wrong, that's true.
You're going to be wrong about the overall record too.
TH won both games with calm, cool, and collected 2-minute game winning drives. He has two game winning drives in the three games he's played. He extends plays. He looks off defenders. He finds his fifth option.
About the only thing he doesn't have is an above average arm.
He's more than a good backup and if you weren't so insistent on being right, you'd admit it.
I know it's cool to be down on the WFT - to be as eeyore as possible - and you do an annoyingly competent job at it.
But you're wrong.
Keep that in mind before any rants as the season goes on.
No blow to the face at all breed
I disagree, people are disappointed because they set themselves up for the disappointment that they are witnessing in the defense.People are ranting b/c the defense has been very disappointing. Its normal for fans to be upset, not normal to just quit on them in Week 4.
I don't know what Heinicke is going to be, he still throws some dangerous balls ... he doesn't have a very strong arm but man he is a gamer. The TD pass to McLaurin was hilarious. It was a pop up that the ATL lost and Terry made a great play on. Keeping the play alive on the TD to JD was awesome. TH himself said he thought it would get a few more yards before the FG attempt. Give JD credit as Heinicke did for turning it into a huge play.
WTF don't win the game without Carter this week.
AH ... one catch for a 1st down on a drive that helped the WTF win. That would be two catches in two wins that were very timely and on game winning drives. Nope he isn't McLaurin but he isn't supposed to be.
Jamin Davis was leading all 1st round picks in tackles going into this game.
Kudos to McCain for saying he blew the coverage on that one TD.
Not much you can say about the D, They made some good plays and they made plenty of bad plays.
Landon Collins is not a LBer, watching him play I see no reason to think he would tackle better than Bostic or cover better than Bostic. I would like to see Davis and or Mayo get some more time.
The coaching staff is well aware that they aren't good at LBer. I did pay closer attention today. The D is playing a 5 man line on early downs (sort of a hybrid 3-4) and when they are not doing that they are playing nickel. I think the fact that you do not see a lot of Curl and you do see a lot of Collins tells a story. As Sanchez said during the game Ryan adjusts the play depending on where LC lines up. When he is in the box they throw and when he drops back they run.
I don't think anyone is right in the TH debate, more info needed.
I disagree, people are disappointed because they set themselves up for the disappointment that they are witnessing in the defense.
I'll admit, TH is playing well against poor teams and ok against a rising middle of the pack Chargers team. He had a bad day against the Bills.
If that sounds familiar, think back to last year, when our defense earned its reputation doing the same thing.
@Chiller have this running right/wrong thing going on. I'll gladly admit to being wrong if he performs really well against the better teams that we play. However, if he doesn't, folks here shouldn't set themselves up like they did with the defense.
BTW: despite the ok performance, Heinicke and the offensive got away with some near disastrous mistakes.
Hopkins hits the 2 Xp's and the flag on Chase wasn't called, completely different game. Agree?Look I am happy with the win , we can’t beat the saints playing awful on defense
Not me, remember I dared to suggest that this is a 5 to 6 win team. I'm sticking with that.cmon now the defense has been shocking to everyone. Not just fans. In the two wins when the defense needed to get the ball back to the offense to win the game, they done it. You have to give them credit there.
Perhaps but the defense isnt goodHopkins hits the 2 Xp's and the flag on Chase wasn't called, completely different game. Agree?
Not right now. No. I have hope they can turn it around.Perhaps but the defense isnt good
they will get over 6 wins. I had us 10-7. Those were tough ints to make for Atl.Not me, remember I dared to suggest that this is a 5 to 6 win team. I'm sticking with that.
OK I'll give them that but even then you'll have to admit, Atlanta's guys dropped a lot of balls offensively and defensively.
lets see what happens with the saints
