This seems like almost a 100% coaching issue to me.

If Caleb goes ice cold early, then his coaches should start off with the highest completion percentage passes Caleb throws and develop a game plan that starts from that.

This analysis seems to suggest that’s a screen pass followed by a TE in breaking route.

From an outsider’s perspective it sure looks like the Bears coaches were reaponsible for the Bears losing to the commanders.
