And correct me if I am wrong, but in the comics Wally is not Super fast himself, he invents a suit that makes him superfast... so it is the suit and not him...

they are dealing with different PAST selves... who knows, time travel is very confusing no matter how you look at it... But isn't it true that once you change anything, then the alternate reality is changed...

For example, the last time Barry went back in time, he somehow turned pied piper into a good guy... So does that mean the bad guy never existed??

so with that logic, 2 of the same entity can be alive at the same time, and even if one dies, since it is not the same reality then nothing should happen...

Then we always bring back how eddy killed himself to prevent Eobald from ever being, first off, I think we all agree that that was where the problem really begun, even though it made for a good plot, it made no sense... since a total erase of the reverse flash would have also totally erased the current flash, as he would have become flash at the time he was REALLY supposed to, and barry would not have been so close to Joe, and Cisco and Kaitlyn as well...

So I feel, we kind of have to disregard that story...

But in LoT, Ray was experiencing the pain that his past self was experiencing when the Time Lord (whatever she was called) attacked him in 2014. In that case, it was not an alternate timeline that was created. The existing timeline was changing.

Again, I am somewhat OK with bad science in SciFi. After all, "Fi" is part of SciFi. But when you completely contradict yourself, it makes the story completely nonsensical, and everything is then a "ghost in the machine".

I'm gonna stick with my first theory that the man in iron mask is or could be the real Jay Garrick. The mask was put on him to prevent him from breathing in heavy water vapor which is how he gets his speed from instead of the speed force.

One of the Flash comic writers tweeted a complaint about the show basically saying Jay was just an Alias of Hunter and that this major hero never existed in the show. The producers responded that there will, in fact, be a "good Jay" coming up and to be patient with the story.

I was a big fan of Smallville for its first 2 seasons before it got stupid.

I tried both Arrow and The Flash recently, and they were both worse than the horrific last seasons of Smallville. Unwatchable for me.

I agree that season 4 and 5 were not strong.

Season 3 is the most mixed one. I see it ranked 1st cause it's so dark, but also low because of zero continuity.

Season 5 is an absolute abomination. It's the season of stupid, laughably dumb life decisions.

But 6, 8, 9 and 10 are phenomenal IMO.

My expectation is actually that he is Zoloman from a different Earth that for some reason simply has a different name. The concept of Hunter and Jay being twins, I think, is pretty much a dead theory at this point.

Not that I disagree with you, mind you. Time travel is a very touchy subject. How Dr Who has dealt with it so successfully for over a half century is beyond me...

Just because the Flash can time travel, doesn't mean he should.
