Arizona vs Seattle:

Who do you guys want to see win.

I want to see Arizona to win because Im ok giving the Division to Arizona plus its a long shot to win the division. Having seattle lose would mean they are some what done. They would have to win out and that means beating us twice.

Im looking for seattle, Dallas and Lions to lose this week. If 2 of 3 lose and we win, we are in good shape.

Its hard to pick but Im going with percentages and its better for Seattle to lose. winning the division is a long shot unless Arizona chokes big time. They would have to lose 4 of 6. Yes I know we play them and seattle 2 times but still I rather see Seattle get knocked out of playoffs. A seattle loss and we beat them once and they are done. It would be awesome to see seattle not make it after winning the super bowl.

I'm happy you guys won. I was leaning towards rooting for you guys until I decided to just not root for either team. Arizona has to be worried now.

The big thing in our favor is it looks like we have last year's D back. I am confident in a win even though it has been 5 (?) years since Seattle won at your house.
If SF beats Seattle, they will have to earn it and will sure get a "grats" from me if that happens.

It is one game. I think people are reading too much into it.

I think Arizona is the 3rd best team in the NFC west. It's a close third.
We'll find out who's #1 and #2 tomorrow.

The reason Arizona is tops in the division standing is because they are beating the teams they are supposed to beat. They were supposed to lose to Denver and Seattle, they were supposed to win the other games.
IMHO the Cardinals have not let any games slip to the underdogs.

49ers let games slip to Chicago, Arizona and St. Louis.
Seattle let games slip to St. Louis, San Diego and they could have won one of the Cowboys or Chiefs games.

Maniax: By that logic, you concede AZ was supposed to beat SF? With Stanton in? I'd argue they weren't supposed to beat the Niners with a backup QB. They were also underdogs to a few other teams they beat.

The fallacy of the "let games slip" is that you never balance that out with the games other teams arguably let slip against them. The Skins, Saints and Chiefs could argue they let games slip in losing to SF. Also, can you really deem something an "almost win" if you lose by two scores?

Seattle got smacked by Dallas. That's not a game they could have won if you watched it. If anything, the score was deceiving and didn't express how thoroughly they were crushed.

But I do think SF is the best team right now. They should beat SEA tomorrow.

The teams have the record that they have and they have to deal with it now. As to the bolded I would have to disagree. I can only hope the 9ers can get a spark with the offense.
