I don't think anyone here is "excusing" the coaching staff of all accountability but what about give some credit to the zona defense? Or maybe hold the players accountable too? It's been a frustrating game offensively. Personally I think arizona is just playing a damn good game defensively.

Because I haven't been posting that Wilson's looked awful the last 2+ games and the receivers can't get separation. My point is that I want the players that are supposed to be great be given the opportunity to actually be great vs. some predictable, by the book play calling based on the situation.

He sucks. I think Wilson can be something special. I don't think it's going to happen with this bum. That's my story and I'm not going to comment on it anymore. Feel free to have your own opinion.

Why don't you actually defend his decisions vs. throwing his credentials at everyone. With your line of reasoning there's no reason to fire any coach because "they clearly know what they're talking about because they have the job they have". I've worked for companies that thought like that and it sucks.

Wow, I said I was done and come back to find multiple posts of people still piling on and then this. Really? Where did I say anything even close to that?

Fact is this is a 12-2 team. Not too shabby and in fact is the best they have EVER been. Right?
Fact is Carroll has said publicly they are a run team and will run it no matter how ineffective that run game is. Right?
Fact is Bevell was brought in specifically to implement Carroll's run first game. Right?
And last, this team has been struggling on offense most of the year and the glaring problem has been a terrible front line. You wouldn't argue against any of that correct?

I've never said Bevell hasn't made bad calls. I just wonder how many bad calls per game is the norm in pro football. How many other teams never have a bad call in any game? Because from where I'm sitting I don't think Bevell is nearly the problem that not having a decent line and our two big receivers we expected to rely on at this point. That's my stance and NOTHING you say is going to change it so could we just let it go and get on with watching the game?

I'm not too high on Palmer but both of these guys are having a real hard time today. This is the worst weather as far as trying to do something athletic. The joints just can't get loose, you're inhaling that cold mist and the lungs start buring, everything feels a little slippery. .... I'd take 31 degrees with dry air over this crap.

It just amazes me that this staff seems so good at finding real talent at most positions all over the field, but are utterly full of fail on just about every O lineman they pick up. I know quality line are more rare than some other positions, but this line is just ridiculous.
