Mark, Both the Pirates and Cardinals are basically .500 teams, give or take a few games, and this doesn't get either one of them into the playoffs with several teams in the NL playing well above .500

That STL series showed some bad baseball, even in that lone win. Need a bounceback in a big way against Colorado. Not winning that series would basically be the end.
